This was the biggest disillusionment of my life. I had always thought that a woman would want unconditional love and therefore would be willing to give me that also. I don't think they even understand the concept. If you talk about that, they look at you like you're from outer space.
[–]Yashugan0023 points24 points25 points 6 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
that is where the red pill rage comes from. the realisation you've been lied to all along.
women have their own problem: the epiphany. which happens when they hit the wall and the world suddenly looks more hostile than they have experienced it thus far. which leads them to the realisation they were only desired for their youth and now nearly lost fertility

Good riddance
[–]Money-over-B2 points3 points4 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
And what does that have to do with love?
We're talking about women that don't love her partners and only marry them or stick to them to have stability in life.
Those men loved those women, thought "it was the right one" and were deceived.
When women hit the wall, chads don't care again. Betas were caring since the beginning, and after the wall too.

There’s no such thing as unconditional love either. Everything is conditional.
[–]TigPlaze6 points7 points8 points 6 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
There's less conditional love. The only way I could get my family to stop loving me would be if I became a serial murderer/rapist or something.
[–]CBDOnMyMind35 points6 points7 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
became a serial murderer/rapist
Funny thing is then the bitches would love you. Imagine the love letters and conjugal visits
[–]TigPlaze1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Holy crap, you're right. I remember being a lonely dude in a new city and struggling in the dating market. I had the advantage of being tall and very handsome, but I STILL had a tough time because I didn't earn much money. Then all these gorgeous women were writing love letters to mass murderers in prison. These were scumbags who had raped and murdered women and some even kids AND THE BITCHES WENT FOR THEM! It was so demoralizing. I couldn't believe it.
That was what dropped me here.
They will always treat you like an asset.
What's the point? Sex? Really? Just that?
Years of working my ass off and eating shit every single day only to get a little sip of your pussy cause I'm not the alpha dude you dream of?
Fuck off, that's no love.

Women do not love. They want, they desire, they need, they demand, but they will never, ever love.
[–]TheTruthSetYouFree 1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I call it the mother delusion. At least for me. My mother did truly love me. Some women do love their children (some do not). But if we're talking about women's ability to love it starts and stops with their kids. Man's delusion is thinking he'll find a wife to replace his mothers care. Never happens. We're tools to them.
[–]Valor_X33 points34 points35 points 6 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link
A mans love is unconditional. A woman’s love is completely conditional based on the mans ability to continue to provide benefit to her.
[–]RealBiggly13 points14 points15 points 6 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Unless he's her son, which is how we get fooled into thinking they can for other men.
[–]TheTruthSetYouFree 5 points6 points7 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Just wrote this above. Some mother's do love. Some sons are dumb enough to think women love their mating partners the same. Women are incapable of loving sex partners.

Do they? Dunno. My point was that the majority of men growing up knowing the unconditional love of a woman - their mother - and so understandably believe women are capable of unconditional love for men. Which is wrong.
[–]EarthIsNotaBall1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
I think a man's love is conditional on attraction and other things..like youth, her personality etc.
[–]RealBiggly0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
You mean loving her, as opposed to someone else? That's a moot point, isn't it?
[–]bmihlfeith15 points16 points17 points 6 years ago* (2 children) | Copy Link
Yep.....took me two failed marriages to realize that a woman's love is conditional upon your ability to provider her the lifestyle she feels entitled to.
I've been divorced now for four years and have never been happier!! I have equal time with my two kids and in my free time I do whatever the hell I want....I have a garage full of toys I never would have had being married and I spend my time as I please. No "designated bedtime", no "you can't go to the range this weekend", no "you're doing it wrong!"...etc etc...
A man would be a fool to ever get married in today's society. It's all but guaranteed that you'll lose all that you really care about.
[–]Ddogdamo1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Similar story mate except i fought in the courts for 3/4 weekends 4 weeks block time and chritmas easter yadda yadda.
I work mon-fri. Kids weekends.
Every room in my castle is my man cave. Leave a clean house in the morning and come home to a clean house. Do what i want when i want, no nagging or shit testing.
No wife peaceful life.
I dont feel sorry for guys being divorce raped anymore.... i feel sorry for 80% of guys married who still have 40 years left to live in misery... i see their constant fight to regain their own soul whilst slowly losing.

[–]Copypastable8 points9 points10 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
It's all fine and dandy at the start, and then you eventually see, breathe and live a new horror movie that even the classics cannot rival.
Men love the way they do, thinking women feel the same. Once they see that is not true, it's game over.

There's no such a thing as unconditional love and all relationships are transactional.
[–]kubicas5 points6 points7 points 6 years ago* (1 child) | Copy Link
Its about power and respect. Forget love, you can dictate her how to love you by doing things, errands, pampering you, talk, laugh and whatever but you also need to provide and support (offer something but demand for it) her for it. That benefits both. Forget about love from TV or whatever, those beta feeling and going head over heals for woman and making her your priority. You have to be on your mission, commander of your life and she is just part of it. The moment you give in those fluffy simpy feelings she loses respect and relationship is over. If she doesnt want to submit and cooperate then you need balls and make her leave. Again, its about power and control.
[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
own mission and commander, yes yes yes! this is what it's all about

I gave up when my ex and her retarded sister were talking about texting other dudes and keeping your options open. Yeah awalt to hell with them.
[–]Jarin013 points4 points5 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
One of the most important lessons of MGTOW. Women don't love anyone or anything the way men love. Women only love the way someone or something makes them feel. When someone or something stops making them feel those emotional highs they lose all affection for them. This is where the, "What have you done for me lately," attitude comes from.
[–]BlackPillPusher2 points3 points4 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
"love" and it's percieved perks are way overrated and too abstract to base your life on, it's a simple chemical process that's designed naturally to get mammals to breed, would it not be such an insanely potent hormonal cocktail I doubt it most men would have any association with a woman at all.

If I ever leave my cunt wife (been thinking about it a lot lately). I will never, ever get married again. Will not cohabit with any female ever again. Just pump and dump.

[–]Yashugan003 points4 points5 points 6 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
women don't internalize love. the concept of love how they experience it is not love. the lightswitch effect proves that. and the warbrides effect on DNA
[–]Helikzhan1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Well, it could be argued to be both things. A woman internalized love looks sociopathic in that it's for her use exclusively. The want for love from a man is to measure her SMV in the marketplace. Always reassuring herself that she's capable of finding the optimal mating partner.
The idea of love in men is vastly different. It's about sacrifice to sustain it. Something to work towards and cherish in a bond between two people. This is nothing like how it works for women.

Wow I guess that’s one way to generalize half the population.
[–]Infinitewisdom19848 points9 points10 points 6 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
It's been said and observed many times before by others, it isn't exactly a new finding. Tell me in 99% of cases within a relationship, is it or isn't it men that will sacrifice their health and their lives for their women? How do you wrap your brain around the concept of equitable love, when one will literally die for the other and the other would not? That the one who would not would EXPECT as one of the conditions of her "love" that a man be willing to sacrifice himself for her?
Seriously, how do you even tie your shoes in the morning?
[–]Googlepost4 points5 points6 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Plus, society is currently geared to support their boorish behavior. Men are under constant threat of repercussions over a misunderstanding. There is no balance of accountability or even concern for the man's well being.
[+]vkawala[🍰] -7 points-6 points-5 points 6 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Again, generalizing. Keep living in that bubble.
[–]Infinitewisdom19843 points4 points5 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Find me an example against that generalization and I'll find an infinite number the other way. Men sacrificing their wellbeing for women and children is codified into society - everyone expects it, ESPECIALLY the woman for whom you are to protect. I didn't say women didn't love men ever, for any reason, however, the love is far different and far more conditional.
Totally agree with you these people see one little things and think all women are the same
[–]munt4life1234 points5 points6 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Biology isnt generalizing lol.
[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Wow that's one way to generalize against science, scriptures and first hand experiences of men.
"First hand experiences" right
[–]transcis0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
It may not be a 100% correct observation, but it is a damn useful heuristic against wishful thinking that activates when a man starts to experience strong feelings for a woman. Maybe somewhere there is a woman who can love but no man should count on finding this woman.
