In December my wife (proudly) tells me that my oldest two kids aren't mine
Mandatory DNA testing would have saved this guy the best part of 10 years and reduced the severity of the kick in the nuts he just received.

should be able to sue for paternity fraud for the value of money spent and services rendered in the raising of kids that were not biologically his.
hit these bitches where they will hurt the most, where it matters the most, the bank/wallet.

That'd be fair and just but the chances of anything like that happening are nil. Change the laws to punish mothers for lying? Prosecute a mother? Take money away from a mother and child? Less than zero chance.
[–]Masher11114 points15 points16 points 8 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
You could always kill the 3 and keep the last one. Not much worse than what she did.
[–]Shnook82 19 points20 points21 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Well, it is worse, but the guy should be able to walk away from the woman and two elder children without repercussions. Can't imagine the feeling of being told the 10 year old and 8 year old you've been raising and caring for for their entire lives aren't your kids...
Also, hardly the kids fault their mother is a whore.

Sadly, even suggesting this would make people label you a monster in today's world.
It doesn't matter if the kids aren't his, he is still expected to slave away for them and the whore mother.

The children aren't the ones who need killing. I have a certain amount of pity on them because, all told, they had no say or choice in the matter.
Now, the wife and former boss are co-conspirators in fraud. Those are the ones who deserve the ass whooping. However, I do believe that at some point in time, everyone reaps what they've sewn.
He needs to hire a great attorney. Even if he does get stuck with a support demand, those things actually do come to an end. Red pills like this are tough to digest when they're the size of a Thermos and shoved up your ass.

shes counting on the bond dad formed with the "not his children" to make him go along 'for the sake of the children' women are so fickle. its unbereavable.

She's probably a SAHM, so he could sue her but he'd get nothing because these women aren't out working full time jobs, being responsible adults and saving their money.
She has only what other men give her. Of course, men will give women the world. (until they hit the wall).
[–]Supersonic_staples1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
That really is where it matters the most. Fun fact, the ONLY way to get a timely response or action from my ex wife is to somehow threaten her money.
I'm all for paternity fraud. I find it amazing that judges literally refuse to see the logic of the situation in the modern world.
[–]KaitouNala1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
literally the only real "benefit" left from marriage is having kids and the government/judicial system is rigged to make sure you get screwed even there... not your kids, well you raised them for 5 years => child support, dafaq?
[–]pablosito11 points12 points13 points 8 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
My eldest brother did a DNA test in secret after his first born. Him and the mother were in a tough time when the pregnancy would have occurred. My take away has been ALWAYS do a DNA test regardless of the situation. Love of my life or girl along the way. If a child comes in to play I'm gonna make sure it's at the very least mine.
[–]the-capitan 3 points4 points5 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
i eventually want kids and will DEFINITELY do a DNA test. signing your name on a birth certificate is 18 years of your life and 6-7 figures for most people. people do more due diligence for buying a laptop.
[–]pablosito0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Yeah I'm not sure how putting yor name on the birth certificate works. I thought it had to be done like right after the baby is born but a DNA test would take weeks (when you do it in secret at least)
[–]fredanderssen2 points3 points4 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Don't keep us in suspense. What were the results?
[–]pablosito5 points6 points7 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Oh yeah, he is the father. But he needed that peace of mind before he really got in to the role I think. And when I imagine myself in the same situation or any situation where I'd have to care and provide for a child I personally want to ensure it's mine too.
[–]Fappy-Hands 2 points3 points4 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Or just buy one of those ancestry kits they sell online. You can bullshit her saying that it's to prevent possible future illnesses (they can be used to predict those, too) but actually check if the kid is yours with it.
Even if she doesn't let you, you only need a bit of saliva from a little creature that struggles not to drool all over him or herself. You can get that as soon as the wife needs to spend more than two minutes away from the baby.

People wonder why some people go off the rails...
[–]orphancrippla14 points15 points16 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
I wonder how many of those "man kills wife and kids, then himself" type stories are a result of him finding out his whore wife cucked him and made him raise another man's children for a decade or more. I don't think it's right to kill the kids too, it's not their fault, but I can definitely understand what would drive a man to do that.
[–]Saturns_Son 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
I'm sure it's a lot more than people realize. The news probably plays a role in burying that side of the story though.
[–]orphancrippla0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Yeah, they always conveniently leave out the reason, or blame "financial problems" as if being behind on some credit card debt would make a dude do that. I'd like to see the whole story one of these days, but it'd probably take the dude mailing his murder suicide note to every news outlet to even have the chance that one would report the reason to scoop the others.

Another case for mandatory paternity tests at birth. The amount of paternity fraud that women get away with is truly astounding. I always wonder how women like this can live with themselves though; don't they feel anything? Is there really no empathy inside of them?

Go your own way brothers, and spread the good news. Everyone of us has the choice to take 'the road less trodden', but unfortunately this message is inundated by 'traditionalism' (which doesn't exist anymore btw, e.g. Lauren Sothern types) and incessant calls to 'man up.' Spread the word, we can go our own way.
[–]based_meme3 points4 points5 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Not gonna lie. If that happened to me, I'd go full-on Kaiser Size and shoot the wife, plus the kids that aren't mine....
In actuality, I'd probably just shoot the wife and send the bastards to foster homes.
This is one of those cases where murder is almost justifiable. I'm sure a large number of people would be sympathetic to the motive.
[–]captainsaveahoe692 points3 points4 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

[–]moospot3 points4 points5 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
This is awful all the way around. That guy is in a bad spot but imagine how the kids would feel.. growing up your whole life thinking this guy is your dad and then..poof.. Its gone. Really shitty to put the kids and the guy in that situation... The courts are probably going to make him pay for all 3 regardless of what he does... Poor bastard.

I want to paternity test my 3 nephews.

After 10 years, she should have taken that secret to the grave. She has no love or respect for him. Probably little affection for the kids because that info could hurt them too.
[–]BokehClasses2 points3 points4 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
This is why I'll never get married. Not because of fear of getting cucked, but out of fear of the righteous vengeance i'll take out on the whore if she cucks me.

I don't think this is a real post. But what is the message here? Only Chad should be allowed to breed?
[–]SomeGhostingGuy1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Maybe, just maybe it is because if you are not in the 20% of men .. you should not even try to procreate at all.
Maybe the often criticised behaviour of women today is just a natural mechanism to make up for ap. 3000 years of forced monogamy, cousin marriage and every genetic loser having a chance to procreate.

[–]Supersonic_staples1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
This guy needs to get ready to be on the hook for another 15 - 17 years of child support payments for ALL THREE KIDS. Yay, unjust laws!
In his situation, I wouldn't even hesitate to look at relocating secretly to a non-reciprocating country somewhere and flipping the bird to that cunt. I get that it's unfair that he should be the one forced into economic exile, but better live in exile than stay as a wage-slave to kids that aren't his.
If he want's to be a "good dad", he could remit to her from that safe 3rd country an amount = to the child support for the youngest. In a more just world, he could simply take the youngest with him, but that would trigger an interpol kidnapping investigation which would make life much, much worse.
The press and his family/friends at home will vilify him for being a "deadbeat" which I find unendingly funny since it's not him being a deadbeat so much as her being a lying whore.

[–]throwawaya0540 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Assuming this is real, this is really tragic. Beta male who makes money is duped into thinking a woman loves him and marries her. They have kids and he learns that they aren't his but that of an alpha male's. The former boss was alpha fux, and the husband was the beta bux.
But what really makes this tragic is that the children that aren't his are doing really good in life because they got good genes from an alpha. But his own child doesn't because he has the bad genes of a beta.
THAT, more than anything, is what is driving him to suicide.
