Counter-intuitively, unless the Chad goes MGTOW, he really gets the worst of it. Sure he gets pussy, but he also gets women giving him diseases, getting pregnant by him, and a whole bunch of women trying to fuck him over when he pumps and dumps them. This includes false rape accusations, social stigma, etc. And if/when he settles down and gets married, he turns in to another blue pill cuck who will get cheated on and divorce raped. It's a shittest. They don't actually want you to become a nice guy; they want to know if you're really the 'alpha' you 'pretend' to be. They want to know what kind of power they have in the relationship with you, as it gives her perspective for her future.

If you remain 'alpha', they (most probably) want to stick around with you even more, but they know that they have to put in effort/work to keep you. (Stay in shape, dress good, etc.) This also means that they have to let go of specific dreams they might have - for example turning your house into a Disney castle.

If she can turn you into a simp, she thinks: "YAAASSS! Now I can eat pie all day and become fat." Women are lazy and want to boss around.

And indeed, as long as she still has her SMV, she's probably going to look for a better Chad. But the cycle continues with him as well. In her 'best case scenario' she finds a SupremeChad™ for offspring and a BetaChad© to provide for her life as a Disney princess.

I was never a real Chad(I'd consider a real Chad to be that guy that gets laid effortlessly from the age of 14), but in my mid-30's it seemed I could do no wrong when it came to meeting women. I only had a few that were really worth all the work though(and it mainly was just sex and a couple months of pretending to be in a relationship). Those experiences with those women led me to here, each one was shitty in a different way. I always thought I was invisible so those years were a good time, but I was lucky I didn't get anyone pregnant or catch an STD. What usually drove the women away was lack of money or if I wanted a relationship. Nothing worked out to my satisfaction and now I'm content not bothering with women at all these days.

Chadding with women is like drug use, sometimes it feels great, sometimes it destroys your life and sanity. For maybe 3 years(35-38yo) in there it seemed I was spinning plates out of necessity for the first time, although some of that was just general competition with my at-the-time roommate who brought women over to our apartment regularly. I wasn't even seeing these women, but the proximity to them created problems in and of itself; another issue when there are "Chads" around: floozies you are not fucking hanging around your apartment and talking to you. Yuck.
