I'm married, but I have my own home on the same property. I spend a lot of time enjoying my own company. I know at any time she could leave, and that's ok. We get along well and I stay busy with my farm and my projects. The property isn't in my name, though I control it. So ot cant be taken from me. I have no kids of my own. I have income and the only debt is a small mortgage.

I'm a hobby distiller. I make things. I fucking love my own company.
