It really doesn't matter whether Bill O'Reilly is guilty or innocent, not to little guys like me.

What matter to me is what I learned from the plight of O'Reilly. I see the work place as shark-infected waters. I say: Don't talk to woman co-workers unless you absolutely have to, and only about work. Never socialize with women at work. Don't help them voluntarily. If they ask, do only enough to avoid hostility.

P.S. Man co-workers are no friend of yours either, but they present a different kind of danger.

However he IS guilty of promoting the agenda for perpetual war (major war-monger) which is just another way to keep men divided and killing each other. I'm glad he was removed for that reason.

Whether he's innocent or guilty is irrelevant. He was the top cable news host for at least 15 years and just about single-handedly vaulted FOX News ratings into the stratosphere. When you get to that point, the only thing that matters is ratings and the court of public opinion. It was the same way with Roger Ailes. I highly doubt that he'd of wasted his career on the likes of a washed up hag like Gretchen Carlson especially when there were others there 10 times hotter than her. But all it took was mere "allegations" of sexual harassment to do the trick.

It is super easy to get evidence of ongoing sexual harassment, if there is ongoing sexual harassment. Anyone can get an audio recorder on the cheap off of Amazon. If you want to go to lengths to conceal it then it can be in the form of a functional watch or a pen. Spend a little extra cash and you can get one that will also record HD video. Without purchasing any new gadgets you can get a free, open source audio recorder app off of F-Droid that will covertly record audio using your cell phone all day long.

In the modern era if an allegation of ongoing sexual harassment lacks evidence it is because the alleged victim chose not to gather evidence. The only reason not to gather evidence prior to a lawsuit is because the evidence would not support your allegation.
