I tried talking about cryptos with this one chick recently. Total disinterest and blank stares. However, when I talk to men they have a thousand questions and want to learn as much as they can about this technology.

Unless you can buy a tank of gas with it or pay your power bill with it, bitcoin isn't worth as much as you spend for it because you can't trade it for real energy. Creating a new currency that won't be accepted by capital owners - those being the big banks since it is really the bankers who own all the infrastructure like oil companies - is really fraught with risk. People yelling about getting you to buy bitcoin while ignoring the fractional reserve banking system and their super rich families that control it all, are serving you something that will end in tears. You have to cut the head off a snake first before you start offering alternate currencies. Bitcoin is not going anywhere unless you can buy food and energy with it, and those things are controlled by people will not accept bitcoin. Oh, and women are 75 percent of the consumer economy, if they don't understand or use bitcoin, then that is all the more reason it isn't going anywhere.

The main stream media doesn't talk about things they don't support. Even though they claim to hate bitcoin, they put it on TV just about everyday giving bitcoin credibility.

Last year 2016 there was the largest ever prison protest, the prisoners were protesting unpaid forced labor. The protests didn't appear a single time on Fox, CNN, MSBNC, etc....long story short, if the media talks about it they want you to think about it.

Fuck bitcoin, fuck digital currency, stick with cash or buy gold or silver.

I'd appreciate if anyone could answer a few questions I've had regarding Bitcoin:

How is it not a fiat currency? Is it because there is a hard cap on the amount of Bitcoins there can be? Does it derive it's worth from the "work" required to mine them or is it merely all speculative? In the past our currency was tied to physical assets (specifically gold and silver), but it seems Bitcoin is only tied to the intangible blockchain; not much different than our currency currently being backed by "good faith."

How is this not an attempt to do away with physical currency? Physical currency is needed in times of strife, and all it takes to make your stash of Bitcoins useless is a power outage. What does it matter that you can just copy your wallet number to a piece of paper in those situations? No smart businessman is going to accept your transaction. Removing physical currency allows other forces to be in control of your wealth.

I'll admit I am not well versed in Bitcoin operations, however I would gladly accept some fresh perspectives.

Been mining Monero lately, slow paced (old mining hardware) but certainly have some money to be made.

Cryptocurrencies is like Mgtow, when it started everybody makes fun of it, when its growing rapidly, people start to notice it, when it grows to big, they want to ban/stop it (in this case big banks and Feminist/woman/Mangina society). Another thing is that both is not able to be stopped due to the fact cryptocurrencies is peer-to-peer currencies with no central banks and MGTOW is a lifestyle and able to blend with this gynocentric society without getting caught.
