Why do guys who don't have insane partner counts stand up for women who do ?

I would get it if a guy slept with 30 women or so in in his life and decided to himself "you know what I've been around the block , I'm legitimately not concerned with her partner count because I know mine is pretty high up there as well " but for the guy who's slept with somewhere in the range of 1 - 10 women ...why would he expect anything less from his partner than he does of himself in terms of personal conduct?

Men on average have a much, much lower partner count than women, my friend who is damn good looking (Nothing wrong with admitting it) had about 3 partners in his life so far, and he's 30.

They basically become addicted to a lifestyle of debauchery with all it's pleasures...permanently making themselves into a creature who is simply unable to be a partner of value to a man in a relationship or marriage(no ability to pair bond, would be bored all the time, would be disgusted all the time by her husband for being inferior to previous men who fucked her). Like becoming a hopeless heroin addict but worse. Then they are like "OH FUCK, I'm starting to look like a hag and I don't want to work for the rest of my life." Then they start looking for a sucker to take care of them for the rest of their lives... Modern Western women in a nutshell. :(

I don't get this meme. I don't know a single guy who thinks it's cool to go around and fuck a bunch of different women. The only reason why it could be seen as cool to some is because men don't get the opportunity to be whores. Only some of us are lucky enough to do this. Every women can be a whore whenever she wants, regardless of looks, career, car, or social status.

Buh bye, r/MGTOW! I was in a comment thread and saw someone asking about a topic related to MGTOW, they later said they weren't MGTOW, believed in socialism, but never said they were feminists. Some bright fella copy + pasted the rules of r/MGTOW and didn't explain why he should be banned. I am sure he was banned, and this whole ordeal reminded me of the time I was banned from r/twoX. Except he was me, and I remembered how I felt when I got the ban. I thought that the people of r/twoX were close minded radicals in an echo chamber. I will always remember MGTOW philosophy, it is just that the incel infiltration was too strong.
