Paying for kids that aren't your own, caring for children that aren't your own. Why even bother at that point? You get all the negatives and nothing positive. If you see nothing wrong with taking care of another mans offspring then I'm sorry, you're inoperable. We can't save everyone.

im with you on this, i would not mind adopting and/or doing foster care. maybe when im much older and more financially stable

If the kid is already messed up, aren't they messed up for life? Why put yourself thru that misery. Why spend the rest of your life trying to sleep with one eye open!

I agree. If your wise enough, you could enlighten the kid to be one of the 10% that entirely think for themselves. But the amount of energy that seems required to shape a young boy to his own Self realization is a tall order. Without the shared blood and all the biological rewards entailed, it's an even taller order!

Evolution viewpoint: The point if raising a child is to see your genes pass on. It's a huge investment.

Adopting is passing someone else's genes. Most animals will kill the offspring of others, because resources are scarce. There is no point to raise another man's seed.

From the evolution viewpoint, you are taking a huge risk and investing a lot for nothing.

I also believe you are promoting dysgenics. Why do you need to adopt a child? We're their parents bad? Do you want to pass this genes to the next generation?

If you want to spread your ideals there are multiple ways to do this with less investment.

Write a book, mentor, talk on YouTube.

P.S. a man with a child in Western Civilization is viewed as a pedo or a creep. Imagine you can't take said adopted child to the park. If you take them to the grocery store women will give you line, "Oh that's nice you are giving mommy a break."

when I got married, I adopted my ex wifes kids. they were 1 and 2 at the time. they are in their 20's now. I love them more than anything. and they love and respect me because I chose them. they weren't a "mistake" on my part. my daughter actually said something like that to me once. it doesn't change the fact that it hurts my heart every time I notice that they look like the ex's ex before me. nothing I ever do will change that. after we divorced, my relationship with the kids changed. I'm not sure how, but it's different now. the bond we had seems a lot weaker, if that makes sense. I don't regret it because there's no way of knowing what kind of shit hole they would have grown up in if I hadn't stepped in. they lived in the ghetto when I met my ex. I'm not rich but I got them out of that area. but I regret that I gave up on having my own children because I'll probably never have that chance now. just know that you will fight with those feelings every day of your life if you adopt another man's kids. I kinda hate myself for saying that. anyway I guess the point is, think long and hard because raising a kid is hard. raising a kid that isn't your's is harder. oh, and if you marry and adopt like I did, the family will always treat you as the 2nd choice.
