It's okay to feel weak. Take a step back and think about what is it about women that you feel the need to chase them to feel better about yourself.

Why can't you feel at ease just by yourself? Why involve another person in your life? ...someone you can't control and has the power to hurt you, especially since you give them that very power when you involve your self-worth in this process.

You need to learn to be comfortable by yourself. No one will complete you if you are already not complete. There is no love to give when none is reserved for you.

Thats because all your instincts tell you to do something impossible. It is hard to go against your (human/male) nature, but you have to focus on yourself and what is possible for you to do. Don't ever chase after false hopes.

I don't suggest you to abandon your female friend but try to take a break from seeing/communicating with her too often and focus on yourself.

I think you are projecting that a great life includes a woman. But love is fleeting and it can quickly turn to resentment. It's not worth the investment and it's quite rare in society. If you play the "if only I..." game, you will get stuck in a negative loop.

True happiness comes from freedom and pursuing one's passion, hence MGTOW.

Many of us have been with lots of women and it never brought us contentment, just hassles.

Once you digest the red pill, you will understand that women are not special and they are just following their biological drive.

I've been where you are. I've also been in love with a female friend who has always been kind to me but I'm just not her type. It's a difficult reality to live with, I know. But here are the facts... She wasn't, is not, and never will be sexually attracted to you. There is nothing you can do to change that. You can't negotiate attraction. You need to break off all contact with her forever. Staying in her orbit just reopens the same wounds over and over again and you just keep feeling bad about yourself. I strongly urge you to read the works of Rollo Tomassi. His book "The Rational Male" can be a huge help to you.
He also has a blog with the same name I think you may find helpful. Stop pursuing women. You are a doormat and women can sense that. They have zero respect for any man they can walk all over. You need to take and internalize the Red Pill. Rollo's works will help you there. Invest in yourself. Focus on your passions, hobbies, and interests. Explore a bit. Learn some new skills. Take a dance class. Learn a different language. Go on a singles cruise. Get out there and enjoy life. You only have one life so live it. Everything I tell you is simple but not easy, I know. Letting go when you've been so emotionally invested for so many years will be the hardest most painful thing you'll ever do. Look man, I get it. I've been there. I wanted badly the validation from women for all my life. I moved to a new city to move with a single mother because that's how desperate I was. There is sooo much more to life than women. Do not kill yourself. Try everything, no matter how stupid you or society think it is. Pottery classes, yoga, ballet, who the fuck cares. If you find your passion, you wake up with a purpose in life. No women can provide that for you. SHE WILL LEAVE. Your passion for a hobby doesn't. I thought Swing dancing was stupid. I said fuck it, I'll try it. And I ended up loving it and resurging my love for dance. I wake up every morning excited for practice. Life gets better. PM me if you need to.
