Considering building off grid properties to improve and sell: Would you guys be interested in off grid desert properties with a cargo container for storage or even living in?

I've aged out of corporate work it seems, so considering setting up desert properties for those of us deciding to "go Galt".

Price would probably be ~$30k for 5 acres, $40k for 10 acres, $60k for 40 acres.

Would include 300 gallon water tank and 8x20 cargo container.
