Sheaf Stout is also very hearty... Its either that or Guiness!

My favorite simple supper alone, is a Sheaf Stout liter, thick peanut butter on black rye, and a bowl of cottage cheese.... all goes together good, and requires no cooking, and is hearty and healthy male fare.
