Anyone else see the subtle and not-so-subtle coding in some of the profiles you regularly come across on dating sites? Some examples:

Gold-diggers: Will always say she's looking for drive/ambition/goal-oriented/professional/career-focused etc. Mentions of wanting to be pampered or treated like a "princess". Pancakes of makeup/boosted cleavage, yoga pants, the duck face, etc. Will absolutely ditch your ass the moment someone even marginally better comes along.

The baby-hungry CS-check collectors: Will always mention she's "family oriented". Will have pics of her smiling holding a baby and saying some shit like "that's my niece/nephew". Looks like a yuppie that dresses in whatever retail outlets are selling to them as "fashion". Will only ditch you after she's secured the child support.

The crazies: Any mention of the "-isms". Claims of "I'm not like other girls" or "Not your typical X" or some similar crap. Will ditch you for any reason, but most likely just lead you on and try to humiliate you for not agreeing with her 100%. Think Ayn Rand, but with a sideways rainbow colored mullet, and enough piercings she looks like she survived IED shrapnel. And/or enough tattoos she could pass for a Yakuza.

The fundies: A subset of the crazies. Always of a conservative bent. Country music is her fave. Any overt mention of "faith/jesus/god/insert-religious-term-here". Cowboy hats and boots, flannel shirts. Will ditch you the moment you stop behaving "like a real man"
