I am 45 , have two sons who live with me . I just booked my vasectomy 2 weeks ago , op is on Nov 14th.

I dont want to go full monk , but I will never cohabitate with a woman again .

Reasons - I am earning good money in construction , my dollars and investments are piling up nicely.I dont want to ever have to deal with a baby or a toddler ever again. My sons are 22 and 17 , and I have a good 20+ years of doing my own thing ahead of me without drama.

I was 31 when I had mine, basically because I didn’t want more kids and wanted to bust raw in my wife at the time. I don’t think she liked me getting one but I don’t regret it one bit, even if it had a bit part in my divorce. My vasectomy saved me from knocking up hoes and single moms looking for a pet wallet (I went through probably 20 women in the 3 years after my divorce was final). That was a big red pill too especially if I didn’t tell them I had a vasectomy and then watched their reaction when I told them, like their baby trap plans were Thanos’d away. Do it, you'll feel great about it.

First, it's just an outpatient operation and these days it isn't that painful if you go with the newer techniques. Also, you can still have children if you choose to.

Im 19 and considering getting one. From the research I've done it can take between 30mins to an hour (usually 30 mins-45). They numb your scrotum, deal with the tubing and put it all back in. Your awake during this procedure but I didnt know they offered ones where they can knock you out. Takes 3 months for the sperm to separate from the semen in you so be aware of that

You'll only be really free after you get a vasectomy. Any other options have too many risks, even bcoz a woman can put smth in your drink and rape you to steal you seed.

Just go for it! I'm getting it next year bcoz the law in my place only allows 25+ men get a vasec.

I was on my early 30's. It was a piece of cake, just had to take it easy over the weekend.

My sex life after it sucked, but that was the ex's doing, not the procedure.

My Dr. used local anesthesia and didn’t even use a needle. It was an “Aero” shot that goes through the skin. Small Laser incision, no pain. Done in 15 minutes. No baths, pools or swimming for a week, (just to be sure the incision heals) aside from that, no real downtime. Sex is the same after as it was before. No regrets.

I'd highly reccommend it. I got one at 27, 30 now and so glad I did it. NHS wouldn't pay for it so I had to pay but so much cheaper than 18 years of slavery! Didn't even hurt and took a few days to recover.

I got my vasectomy at age 26. I was married at the time and it was about a year after my second child was born. I decided I didn't ever want to be responsible for the financial burden of bringing another child into this world.

It was the best decision I ever made and the sex afterwards was fantastic. The sex was even better than before the vasectomy .

43 now had it when I was 33 but have been celibate since 39, sex actually got better I didn't have the worry I had but don't forget to wrap it or bag it or whatever bitches are riddled with diseases nowadays.

If you're thinking about it, DO IT.

I scheduled mine when I was getting divorced and it's saved me more pain and suffering than I care to imagine. I'm not monk mode in the slightest, so that's one less thing I have to worry about. Plus, mine was 100% covered by insurance. I paid the $20 copay for the initial consult, and $2 for the Xanax I took before the procedure the following week.

Be sure you follow the Dr's orders, and don't skip the follow up. They test to make sure nothing healed back together and your ejaculate is free of swimmers.

Had mine at 35 after two kids. Had to have surgery there and decided to kill two birds with one stone. Took a week or two to heal. Didn't having any problems performing and still don't after 20 years.

I did a spinal tap. You're actually paralyzed from the waist down. Not fun at all.

Edit- Don't go bareback until you have a zero sperm count. This may take some time.
