No love for women here, but I'm hesitant at simply scapegoating any problem. Women's suffrage may have directly lead to prohibition back in the day, but I don't think the modern clusterfuck we find ourselves in can be so easily explained. As much as I'd like to, I can't even lay all of the fault on liberalism. Well-meaning, but short-sighted conservatives played a part too, especially when it came to protecting their business allies. Illegal immigration is probably the best example of this. Liberals want illegals in this country for their votes. Conservatives (at least, the conservative establishment), want them here for their cheap labor. There's a reason we've gone so many years without meaningful immigration reform.
