I love my mom...

But I learned by watching what she did to my father what I was to expect later in life. She to this day is still manipulative and lies her way out of every situation that she herself creates with unnecessary drama and bullshit.

At least when my parents divorced, she didnt try to keep my sister and I away from my father. But she attempted to plant mental seeds which were meant to make him look bad.

About my dad:

USMC 1969-1971 Honorable Medical Discharge

Small Business Owner/Father/Full Time College Student 1972-1980

Baptist Minister 1981-1990

County Employee 1989-1993

Divorce Raped for the house, child support, 5 years of alimony/maintenance, and left the house in his truck with his clothes...

All so my mom could start fucking the auto mechanic at the local KMart and one of the fathers of a child she babysat. Both of those men were married at the time of the triple homewrecker.

So, do I hate her? No. But I dont admire the things she has done, especially compared to my dad.

No. My mom was a wonderful mother to me. She was loving and supportive as I was growing up. I’m in my mid forties now and she’s in her late 70s and when I go home to visit, she still loves fixing my favorite meals.

It always saddens me when I see postings on here of guys who had shitty, uncaring mothers. I was blessed with a great one.

I love my mother, I view her as part of the 5% of women that do not apply to the awalt philosophy. She isn't a radical feminist, understands that men and women are different, gave my father her youth and 3 children, and they are happy as hell entering their 60s now. I told her I probably wont finds woman like her and like being single so she doesn't fuss about my dating life much.

My mother was nice enough, and obviously loved me, my brothers and my sister.

Fact remains, she divorced my father after he made a lot of money, as she resented him treating his still-poor friends and she as "bored with the marriage".

He wasn't abusive or bad, just too generous to his friends and boring. He ended up living in a dingy hotel room and his businesses went under from the stress and costs of being divorced.

Weirdly I don't remember any of the jail stuff other than going to the police station (?) with my mother and hearing her explaining how I and the other kids were upset about my father being jailed. So yeah, at one point the poor fucker was in prison, for the crimes of being generous and boring.

One thing I'll never quite forgive her for is how when I learned he had died of cancer (I was 12, and nobody told me he was dying), she looked at me with sympathy. She cared about me, she didn't give a fuck about him, the guy that paid for the house we lived in, the clothes on our backs, the guy that was 50% my DNA etc.

So yeah, we got along, pretty close, considering I moved thousands of miles away. Certainly didn't hate her, but my love was tinged with the knowledge of what she did to my father.

For some dumbass reason my father remarried, to some tart that deliberately married him knowing he was dying, so she could grab his inheritance. From what I hear she openly bragged about it.

So both my mother and step-mother weren't exactly innocent, and this was a long time ago. Modern women have even less loyalty or decency.

Mothers bond with their children stronger than their husbands. My mother is a wonderful person and mother, but I can now see how she treats my father different than anyone else. She expects a lot and isn't as patient with him. She expects him to fill a role for her where love for a child is unconditional. Obviously that's fine, how it should be, but it needs cultural support to prevent men from being abused, and vice versa. That cultural support is ONLY for women now, it is outrageously imbalanced, in the culture and courts. There may be fine women out there still (haven't met any), but I would not trust them not to abuse the power they have, as that's all I've ever seen them do.

My issue is relationships are the problem, not women.

It’s only when women are included in them, women are currently incompatible with emotional investment.

I love my mother as well. She was born in the early 1950s. She has many feminist characteristics. But she treats me differently than other men. I am her son and most likely the only man she can truly love regardless of my status. But she can be a manipulative creature at times. Not to me tho. The only place I have not seen Briffualts law to apply 100% is the relationship with my mother. Wife, gfs and friends are a different story. Curious thought.

Not in the least. She was born in the early fifties to a family from the country, so she may be one of the last of the “SAH Unicorns” from the earlier generations. Still married to my father after forty years.

I've had some hate directed towards her. She can sense it. She doesn't deserve it in a lot of ways, but in some ways all women deserve some hate and punishment for their abuse of men. It's a waste of time though and I don't want to be upset with her. Hate the Yankees, don't hate the players, if you get what I'm saying.

My mother is alright I guess, not the best mother of all but I still care for her deeply, however she's still a female and still totally adheres to her female nature, seeing my dad bust his ass for 70+ hours a week to satisfy her insatiable appetite for stupid shit is pretty much the reason I'm here.

Also, and this has been done over a million of times but since you're new I'll say it again, the opposite of love isn't hate, it's indifference, and that's exactly how MGTOW treat women, we don't want to hurt them in any way, just stop giving them provision, protection and procreation, obviously the vast majority of us will still take care of female family members but the rest can fuck right off.

I don't hate my mother but we don't really get along.

I always was kind of detached to my family and more attached to my friends. Even events like Christmas I normally spent at good friend's house until my nephew and my niece were born. Now I go to my brother's house for christmas to spend time with them, but I'm always the first one to leave

i hate my mother this human garbage destroyed few lifes in our family i was so close to ghost this piece of shit but she got a kid at 44 i think i dont even know how old this monster is. i cant let my "sister" alone with the monster so sadly i still have contact with her
