I found that long ago, though I am not a programmer I had ideas that resulted in increase the value of the company sooner I found that my Whiteknight boss projected alpha male status by passing my fucking ideas to his soy fed beta males and became the knight in shining armour to his ladies of special interest.

You can never grow in such places the only solution is to leave and be on your own!

Never hire a women or these guys cuz these will make your life a living hell!

Yup, big companies will just dry your creativity up into dust. They don't innovate, it's all about risk mitigation with them. GYOW, then sell your app to these larger companies, and run. I sold my software business to a larger company and then endured 5 years managing it which turned me into a mouse. Never again.

Ive worked as a software engineer at giant companies for a while. The women never perform well and have no passion for the job. Inevitably their workload ends up getting shoved onto a man when they miss deadlines.

I think about all the asshole bosses I had when I worked in tech who were men . Many of them were delusional... or perhaps ambitious is a better word but even then they had a certain respect for the tech men building or validating their companies and at times a slight resentment because it's hard to measure how much your programmer actually matters if you're not a programmer. ..... I can't imagine what a woman in that same position would do and how her penis envy would give you grief . Sounds like having hell for a job .

It takes a lot more though to write apps on your own and find a market for them, grow them as a company, hire people, scale, etc.

As a stop-gap measure, coders should at the very least start freelancing for clients instead of working for one big boss. It's far from ideal, but it will teach you a lot about running your own business.

And then once you're comfortable with that, start building products that can scale. Anything. An app, an SaaS platform, an e-commerce store, anything.

MGTOW means a lot more than just avoiding women. Our biggest slave masters are NOT women. Our biggest slave masters are first, the government, and a close second, the corporations that we're forced to work for just to survive and put food on the table.
