A legally binding contract, where only one party is required to preform and the secondary assets protections clause contract is always voided after the breach of the original contractual obligations occurs so that damages will only be paid to the party who with malice and forethought intended to breach the original contract.

If you are stupid enough to get married voluntarily, you pretty much get what you deserve.

Though it's usually some variation of "you'll lose her if you don't marry her" or thinking that some how getting married will help if you had kids together, when really all it accomplishes is giving the state more power.

Getting married is for idiots. What could a woman possibly see in a man dumb enough to marry her?

Actually it’s not where you get married it’s where you get divorced... you could get married in a state that doesn’t have lifetime alimony and then move to another state and then get f’d... I never signed a marriage contract in California, but since we moved here for work etc and she filed here, I have to abide by their laws when I never signed any such contract... in fact when I got married in 1998 I never saw any contract or terms or anything... it was a couple of lines saying you were married... no terms, no exit clauses, no nothing... maybe today more people know about divorce rape, but when I got married it actually never crossed my mind that I would be divorced 20 years later, and no one mentioned that the penalty would be a lifetime of alimony because we moved to California where that is what they have after 10 years of marriage... I signed some certificate at a church and I guess that is this legal contract that I supposedly knew about and agreed to... legit marriage is a shit deal for men... keep sharing the message so that less men will get f’d in the future by draconian divorce laws...

The fact that people see alimony as reasonable and prenups being unreasonable is insane. Women can get their own jobs, who gives a fuck about being "economically comfortable"? If she doesn't even want to work, she can live off welfare. There is no need to rope a man into it. I guess women are only strong and independent when it suits them.
