This my read of where you are:

You've been dumped recently, and the wounds are still relatively fresh. She dumped you, for whatever reasons, so it wasn't really in your plans to make it over to MGTOW. In any case, you're here.

You need to make the painful step of going to a no-contact, no-friend mode. There is no healthy way you can heal yourself if you're always basking in the shadow of the one who hurt you. Like a cast allows a broken bone to heal, absence allows the mind and the soul to get you through the daily grind. The whole "Let's just be friends" is a line of bullshit designed to make people feel less guilty for ending a relationship.

It was around this time last year that I found myself in a similar spot of wanting to just send a card to my ex GF. It took awhile, but I never sent it and finally threw it away (Front: This card has no purpose. Inside: But I'm sending it anyway.) I had broken up with her more than two years earlier. The point here is that healing takes a long time, and you need to give yourself the freedom to grieve and move beyond the loss.

The toughest part to accept is that she's already moved on. Her escape route was planned long before she dumped you.
