To be fair, when the level of activity is equal, men consume ~30% more calories than women. That's no excuse for women to be a fatass, but being able to eat 30% more food in this era of food abundance is a nice advantage to have.

Unless you are a moron, you can obviously group fit and unfit people by habits and lifestyle. The thing is that as we get older, it isn't easy to look good. You have to practice at least some discipline. If you go with the default settings of humans in our resource rich environment, then you will be a lard ass.

This woman acts like it is a huge chore to figure out your calorie needs and then don't eat above them. It's simple as hell. If you see you are gaining weight, then eat less. That's all.

An ex girlfriend revealed, unwittingly, why people are fat. It's fascinating and it has fuck all to do with genetics. The simple fact is that I eat when I'm hungry, as in my reserves are running low. She could eat a full meal, then an hour later declare herself hungry.

When I asked her WTF? She told me there was a space in her belly that could be full. She was German, hence the weird phrasing.

So fat or thin comes down to your own internal barometer. If you get used to having your belly full, you feel hungry when it's two-thirds full, which means you're always going to have reserves and you're going to be fat.

If you are used to eating when your stomach is basically empty, you'll always be skinny.
