A) women will simultaneously claim IT'S NOT FOR MEN. Women dress up to feel pretty, impress other women, etc.

i remember around 13 or so my single mom went on buying a lot of fancy clothing and had a perm done and later talking to her about the ways that women used to dress and stuff (either late 80s or early 90s) and she basically said “women dress for other women, men don’t have to do that ‘cause they put out in other ways” (rough translation)
