Hello nascent brother, welcome to MGTOW. Firstly remember that this philosophy is one of individualism and loneliness/isolation can come with it. That's not really a negotiable aspect as going ones own way tends to confuse and alienate those who aren't willing to accept the ideas we purport.

1- Student loans are a pain in your ass. The best advice that can be given is to pay them off as quickly as you would any other kinds of debt so you can be free to do as one likes. That volume of debt will take you a long time to pay off no matter how you cut it. The best advice is to live below ones means and dedicate as much of your free resources to paying it off as you can as fast as you can. This process will be made easier if you don't have a partner to deplete your finite resources.

I don't know this woman you're with so I won't render judgement on her but dates cost money. If she is working as well then she could help along the process immensely. If she is not working then she will be a massive resource drain which prevents the efficient payment of your debts.

2- Friends are key here. I have three friends and I count myself ridiculously blessed to have them and in such volume. Sometimes the process of incorporating MGTOW philosophy will alienate people you assumed were your friends. To offset this you should find a hobby/endeavor/group to associate with that can boost your interaction with other men. Online resources also exist where you can converse with like minded folks.

3- Married couples can live longer. Married couples can pool their resources together to have a higher net worth. These two facts assume a good faith effort on both parties to reach said goal. If one party decides to spend the bank account on trivial things then the money goes out the door. Most of us here will avow the spend heavy nature of having an SO in the form of vacations or presents.

That wedding and those kids she wants are going to drain you of a lot of your useful income for decades to come. Imagine the cost of the wedding ring, then add in the wedding itself, and then the honeymoon, and the house, the car payments etc and it adds up to very little progress on your debts.

Kids will cost you upwards of a million dollars over the 18 year span you're responsible for them. Having kids will also tie you down to mandatory work and destroy that 1/2 year work cycle you;ve got your heart set on. After they're born you will be at the mercy of the wife, via the state, to pay for the kids whether you have access to them or not.

Since you dont want to have children and she does you're already staring down the barrel of fights and arguments about it. At worst you're looking at an "accidental" pregnancy that yokes you to her will.

Going your own way doesnt mean you have to cut out women from your life. MGTOW just means that you deal with women on your terms and not theirs. If this woman brings noting to the table that will improve your life or make you happy, really think about this part with more than your dick, then she isn't worth spending time or money on.

An added note: She wants kids; I don't. She wants marriage; I don't, which is one of my main reasons to let her go.

$150k... i hope that's for a medical doctorate or something similarly well paying... even then, working half the year won't be sufficient. We're talking 30 year mortgage payment here.

Disengenuous to use her to help pay off your debt. But if that doesn't bother you then go ahead, I guess. I couldn't do it. Had it done to me. Guess you'd be helping out evening up the score...

Thinking through it, the only reason I am still with her is that I'm taking my Step1 licensing exam early next year, and I'm considering the effects a breakup would have on my score.
