I personally use cash app and Venmo and all you have to do is open the app, enter your amount, and select who you want the money to go to either from your contacts or by entering contact information, and practically no contact info is necessary other than some sort of email or phone number that doesn’t have to be yours, if you have a friend to assist in the deviancy.

You might be right about the bank filing part, BUT if I unlock my phone for you to enter your number, what’s a pin going to do? My Venmo doesn’t request a pin. Cash app doesn’t either. And it takes seconds if those apps are quickly accessible. Not to mention the easy access to other financial apps if you recognize them. However, 2000$ is a lot. And I’ve never sent anything close to that so there’s a possibility it might ask you to enter a password. So I don’t know. Just sounds possible and sheds light.
