Wow. Just wow. A few years ago I needed my house painted. I called a man for an estimate. He asked would my wife be there. I said no and he said he could not come over unless she was there. At first I thought he was kidding but he wasn't. I ended up painting the house myself.

Yep.. A few years ago I sold a 1974 Chevy Nova in really good shape to a guy, and gave him a pretty good deal on it. He still asked for a "second" bill of sale so he could show his wife a MUCH lower price. I laughed and said sure. About 4 days after the deal was done, the guy calls me up and asks if I want to buy the car back for way less than I sold it to him for.. he just can't take his wife bitching at him anymore about it. I had already used the money to buy another car, otherwise I would have, but damn.. I won't EVER let myself be put in that position.

My wife has no clue what all guns I own... she'll look in the safe, or ocassionally when we all go shoot, and ask, 'Oh, when did you get that?' I keep the mortgage paid, the cells, cable, water, and power on, and vacations paid for... she doesn't fuck with my fun money. She's in for a suprise when I park the 2007-2011 Ducati 1098/1198 that Im looking next to my other three motorcyles next to the garage I'm also building with my bonus this year.

I've just bought Browning X-Bolt SF MDT HS3 (.308) and Ruger Precision Rimfire. I've paid 2.5k for both guns with scopes, mods, bipods, extra mags and a pile of ammo. It's amazing how many things you can afford being single.
