You shouldn't expose sexual organs in public. With that in mind, there are two possible conclusions:

The breast is not a sexual organ, and thus 'freeing the nipple' is acceptable. This would mean that touching a woman's breasts would not be sexual assault.
The breast is a sexual organ. That would mean that touching a breast is sexual assault, but you can't 'free the nipple'.

Can't have it both ways. #MeToo or #FreeTheNipple. One or the other.

Good in theory but removes a large chunk of their social power.

They'd quickly realize their boobs aren't holding guys attention now that we can see everything at a glance and move on. Cleavage tops would return shortly there after so they can once again deem who is worthy and who is not.
