There are plenty of feminist subs on reddit that you can go to see for yourself what they actually use. "Love yourself, be free" is not even a consideration.

It usually is, but "free" for them means "in a relationship but the guy has to be your slave, don't accept anything nor do any effort for him".
They love "being free". But for them it just means "being in control" since for a lot of them, any sacrifice needed in a relationship is a huge no.

I've spent the past week or so intentionally alone, aside from being around the people I live with, for this first time in months. I've been talking to my ex and that made me realize I've been relying on others too much for my happiness, so I quit texting her and cut contact with all my friends for the time being. I've been much happier focusing on myself and work

Been this way for more than one year. After a while, you just notice that you don't miss on anything except problems and achieve a perfect peace of mind (which makes it hilarious when you see said ex afterward and she's in a ""deep depression"" because of her own crap and because of their UTTERLY FLAWED definition of what self-care is; seriously; they have no idea of what proper self-care and proper self-respect is so they always self-destruct by being too dependant while also being immature). You'll always be your own best company, and at least you have no risk of being backstabbed by yourself, so you can be confident about anything you do. It's one of the ultimate red pill when it comes to peace. Being able to be alone, not lonely, and noticing the peace it brings you.

Thanks for sharing. It's funny, I actually got on Xbox tonight and my friend was wondering why I was so silent this past week and a half (I didn't respond to texts or calls).
After awhile of this I had a sort of brain fog return. It really sucks.
I'm an introvert who has a pretty strong and sudden feeling of "running out of my social battery" whenever it happens. I'm feeling that now, but I didn't feel it at all this past week from just being alone.
This all started because we had a party for the hurricane and I was stuck inside with my friends for three days. That had me so burnt out I guess I just went into hermit/monk mode haha. None of this is negative, it's just what feels natural for us introverts.
