So my employer often uses temp workers as subordinates to us regular employees. Since we meet the temps at the work site, our (employees') cell numbers are written on the temps' work sheets. While I stay professional with the temps, one (female) texted me to ask if i'd like to go skating sometime. The real answer is hell no, but how do I word that to be both professional and avoid blowback?
