To be completely fair some people can just be genetically predisposed to disproportionate weight gain, physical-illness or thyroid/hormone related problems causing weight gain, and even the fact that poor people tend to only afford poor quality high fat, high salt, high sugar junk foods over more nutritious staples.

I’m not saying that’s what’s happened here with this woman, just that poverty and starvation can still befall obese people, male or female.

This is so stupid I just can’t. So, fat people who got fat BEFORE THEY WERE STARVING can’t feel hunger until all the fat on their body is gone? That’s not happening since an average person can live for three weeks without food. If you’re trying to hate on people and fat-shame them, at least do it the right way.
