Slightly off topic but in a way this is already happening. Only twenty percent of males are “chosen” to be privileged and have the freedom to be masculine.

Other men get constantly scolded, punished, and basically programmed to the point testosterone drops very low. Also look at the rise of men trying to become women. There is a concerted attack on masculinity and only the chosen ones are spared.

This year, it's happening in Caracas -Venezuela, under the hug of Maduro's dictatorship.

If you get the socialist 'Democratic in the us, (DSA) they have the same tone, and symbol as all the others around the globe. it's relevant to be aware about it.
