Last weekend I told a cop who works with my nephew that the mental health of a man is by his ability to say no to a woman.

It gets much easier past 25 as your thirst levels start dropping after peaking between 16 and 25. Once you reach 30 you won't even think about it anymore.

I know what you mean. I'm 40. The red pill is bitter, but it's effective. And lately I've been missing my ex (she decided to leave, it sucked, but good riddance). It can be hard when that blue pill tugs at your sleeve...but keep going. It takes a long time. It's been over a year for me. It gets easier...but not every day will be easy. Just stay busy with the things you enjoy, and time will pass. Stay strong.

I woke up at 17 as well, I'm 19 now. I'd recommend utilizing the "cost-benefit analysis". It should be applied to pretty much everything. Also, know "men are better than women". Literally repeat that to yourself, it helps counteract the societal indoctrination.

The irony here is that most of the things that you think you want, you can't have unless you become red pilled and stay that way for a while.

Women are attracted to success. They don't care if you 'try hard' and finish the race. They're all at the finish line ready to fuck the winner, and they're willing to share.

So you have to put your time and energy into yourself. Become the best version of yourself that you can ever be in both your personal and professional life. Invest only in yourself. Prioritize your own needs, wants, and ambition. This is the time in your life to be selfish until you're independent and successful - which is what women are ACTUALLY attracted to. When in high school and college, women are actually just learning to use their beauty to manipulate males, so stay on track and don't participate in the bull crap.

Get your degree, become successful, and then when/if you actually want to date women, you do it on your own terms. The one word that makes women super attracted to you is "no."

Someone that they can't 'control' is who they're ultimately going to want.

Good luck, focus on yourself and play the long game.

I'm somewhere near your age 20< who found the red pill like 3 months ago. It's very depressing and difficult to swallow but was necessary to embolden my maturity to its peak by seeking the truth. I understand the biological urge to find women since our role has always been to procreate but it's not impossible to reprogram yourself with the red pill content. Whatever goes up always goes down and for now, you can only go down into the abyss and search for your own torch to light up the abyss and that's the true test of being MGTOW to find the exit door. U can suppress your sexual urge by using your best friend ( u know what I mean ) and get post nut clarity. Anyway fret not, the future will be man and machines. The end of the tunnel will be a rewarding experience as u adopt schadenfreude and observe the replacement phase of women being dumped onto the streets while robots become our companion. That's the future that we are heading. Last but not least, don't spew red pills onto other people especially your friends just because it's the right thing. Taking red pills have to be voluntary and it comes from self discovery and reflection. Without that, it's impossible to be MGTOW because u are just one sloppy blowjob away from plantation. This is why MGTOW will always remain a niche unfortunately. Just my two cents and you are not alone in this red pill rage phase.
