This is a sad case I read up on this years ago. The Arizona court said his rape was irrelevant and they garnished his bank account and slapped child support on him with back pay included. The reason being that the child support is for the child not the mother so it's excluded from the rape. If that's the case then we should have a fixed child support fee instead of a percentage of what we make.
