I've gone to gyms around the country for the better part of my life. In all those years I can honestly say I've seen about a dozen women working out

I've seen a lot of them talking, a lot of them fucking around, a lot playing on the bouncey balls or stretching for hours on a mat. I've seen a lot take photos and talk like it's a cocktail party. I've seen a ton use the equipment dangerously wrong, leave a mess and break shit

but very, very few women actually work out

99% of women and men with long hair put their hair in a ponytail or hairband when they workout or you end up with 100s of problems.

Flying all over the place in the wind, getting in your eyes/mouth, getting caught in machines/clothes to get torn out. Once again a inaccurate portrayal of women designed to glamorise their appearance, nothing more than a unrealistic beauty pose that might as well represent a photoshoot.

Also looks like she's running in sketchers which is a great way to destroy your feet with little support in the soles.
