My job covers the entire spectrum. Originally hired to sit at a desk I figured to be most effective I needed to understand the production, installation and maintenance of our machinery in detail. Now I’m one of the company’s longest serving hardware engineers, capable of acting from pre-sales through all aspects of the project, operation, support and decommissioning.

What I wanted to share is the teamwork and bonds I’ve formed with guys when performing the hard, physical are much stronger than those formed at the office.

On site it’s about guys working together to get the job done. In the office it’s all about covering your ass and hiding mistakes, while appearing to be the hardest worker.

Draw your own conclusions ... I’m not here to trash women today, but to toast all the hard working men out there getting stuff done.

I currently fit into the Production Category. My title is Production Operator but I'm really a lab technician... I just follow the procedure & mix chemicals.

I have the utmost respect for the builders... women will NEVER understand the mental power it takes to construct the fancy offices they sit in to inflate their egos.

NEVER FEEL BAD FOR THE JOB YOU CURRENTLY HAVE BECAUSE I CAN GUARANTEE THAT NO WOMAN CAN MATCH YOUR WORK ETHIC.

Something I always have wondered about is, why do women choose a farming job? when I took my gardener education, there where alot of women (the majority where lefties), while there is a difference between each gardener "major", the ones who major in taking care of parks, cemetaries and in general where "green road workes" are men (didn't suprise me there, it's a hard physical job), there where still alot of women who choose to work in greenhouses or small manual farms and plantations.

So do any of you guys know why they may choose those jobs? is it because the job may be physical demanding without being too much for them so they can say "we are just as good as men" while virtue signaling how organic and vegan their life style are?
