Dear throw-away-account would you please state the goal of honoring this sub with your presence? It seems like your primary goal is to state that AWALT (All Women Are Like That) is not true. Although NAWALT discussions usually brighten up my day they have become unstructured and a bit redundant lately.
People here are hardcore AWALT pushers for a reason. To warn and to remember their fellow men of the reality that a women can go from a decent human being to a soul-sucking harpy in 5 seconds flat, that it is part of their nature and that society actually rewards them for it.
A lot of men entering this sub have what we call the red pill rage.....they finally figured out that what society tells them about women is at least partially a lie and they are mad about it.....very mad. They might go a bit overboard with their attitude towards woman but again it has a reason.
....the reason is that the power of whatever (e.g. social, biological, cultural etc.) drives men to have a relationship with women is strong. Loads of guys who have been through the wringer once decide to sign up for another time cause they most have been "unlucky" the first time........
Divorce rates are skyrocketting. So they were not "unlucky" they were just part of a phenomenon.

It is fully understood or should be that once you give a woman a certain lifestyle, any drop in lifestyle will cause her immense unhappiness. I make good money, but I know for a fact if I were to deal with unemployment and had to take a large pay cut to get back in the work force my wife would leave, zero doubt.

Any woman above an 8.5 should never even be considered for a long term option. She has way way too many options to ever stay with one man for any long period of time. I was married before the Internet, before MGTOW, our only role models were father's who sacrificed and women weren't nearly as bad, or at least didn't appear to be. Social media has shown exactly what women are so the younger generation has it all laid out in front of them, they see and know exactly what they really are. When I was growing up they really did a much better job of hiding it, society was a lot more rigid and structured, now they're just whores and give 0 fucks, it's made it easy for you guys. I can't just miracle my way out of my marriage, I have investments, children. I know from life experience exactly what women are, I can't be MGTOW now, but once I'm divorced and the kids are raised I will live the rest of my life MGTOW.

If you tell her that you will always be there for her, then she will test the veracity of your words constantly. If you do not tell her, then she will not test your reliability unreasonably, because no promise has been made. If you tell someone that you've made an unbreakable chair, they may try to break it just to test your claim. If you simply build a very sturdy chair, then they can marvel at its sturdiness and come to rely on it without testing it unreasonably.
