Ok, so we know the narrative of a guys who works himself to a depression and commits suicide, right? Happen all the time, all around the world.
How is it, that when a woman does this shit, there is an investigation? Then, when they link it to long work hours, why do they think that they might be overworking the workforce? What about the countless men who put in rediculous amounts of overtime and commit suicide? Why didnt they get such recognition?
The reason why, is because its normal for a man to be overwhelmed. Its ok to work the male worker to the bitter nubs of his being. This has been since time began for the thinking male. But, the woman has always been pampered. Has always been expected to rest, relax, and deal with the kids. Men work, women play. But now we have the phenomenon of women trying to be men, and now all of our biology is beginning to show. After 10s of thousands of years of one carrying the work load, while the other sits and bitches, is showing that men are the harder, mentally and physically, of the species. With a woman being thrown to a mans world, she couldnt take it, and killed herself.
I am 26 years old, and i have been working tons of overtime in my fields(36 hours/week) since i was 20. First as a machinist, then as a machining supervisor, to a plant manager. I put in the time, i shake the hands, and i put in the effort required to succeed. When i wasnt putting in those overtime hours, i put my time into mentoring young men on how to break away from retail and fast food by getting into skill shops. I work like a fiend, and run a blog on the side for the mentorship of young guys. For what time is left, i play video games.
The point i am making here is, to me, 100+ hours of overtime a month is chump change. But nobody is going to mourn my death or change the workforce if i commit suicide. Guys like me are a dime a dozen, and no one cares. But to see a woman do it, and fail, gets a NATIONAL recognition, and possible country workforce changes. This sexism is why i hope we all fail as a society. My skillsets are immortal, as they will always be useful. But these women cant cut it, and they are going to drag the entire world down with them because they cant, and i couldnt be happier.
I would rather rule in hell, than serve in heaven~Milton, paradise lost.

Society only cares about problems when it affects women.

been working near 150 hours a month for the past 4ish years. Its a normal routine for me as i am saving for an extremely early retirement in 5 years. So to commit suicide for only 100 hours seems very petty to me. But, like i said, women are too weak to compete in a mans world, and now that one died because she couldnt hack it, they are going to try and make it easier. This is going to cause labor hours to go down, while labor deficits will go up, which will increase costs, cause companies to lower wages as they have to hire more people, and cause some folks to lose their cars and houses amd such because companies dont want to hamd.out overtime. Its a bad idea to change their work paradigm. But, who cares because women need the good jobs that men do, right?/s

I plan on retiring at the age of 31, if that goves you an idea as to why i work like mad. I am a plant manager, i make roughly 90,000 a year right now, without overtime. Part of my contract with this company was that, should they want me as their plant manager, i would remain hourly. That way i can squeeze overtime out of them, which in my area is a minimum time and a half, and double time on sundays. So this last year i claimed nearly 160,000 in gross. My cost of living right now averages about 15,000 a year, including food. Once i get about 2 million in the bank, i plan on trying my luck at going full mentor for young lads on how to be successful in the craftsman world without college education, and by the grit of your teeth. I plan on this in 5 years. I also plan on writing books and such, and seeing if i can find success in that as well. But with 2 million, while only using 15000 a year, means i retire by 31 or 32. So i find it to be worth it.
