Oh dear.
You don't have to write "entire textbooks" on transgenderism to understand "it." It's very simple to understand. They have a mental problem -- "gender dysphoria" as many labeled it in the past. These people simply have a mental problem. Done. That's it. Nothing more - nothing less. A child can see this. Believe me.
A personal example would be my own little sister. She wanted to be a boy for whatever reason. She went through the entire process. It started in 2015. Jump ahead 3 and a half years later, she's got a beard, muscles, deep voice. Everything that would lead you to believe that she was a man. (which is ironic because SJWs always talk about how feeling like a different gender isn't about certain gender specific traits... meanwhile they try their hardest to conform to the gender specific qualities of whatever sex they are attempting to fool themselves into being.) What happened? She committed suicide about a month ago. We (my family) all knew the risks of this were high. We tried our best to make her feel like she was a man. I treated her like I did my brothers. Called her "dude, bro, he" ect. Followed all the "rules". And she fucking kills her self. I honestly believe it is because, even after all that she did, she knew deep down that she still wasn't actually a man. Even though by societies standards she was. She fucked up her body. Sterile. So she ended it all. I I don't blame her honestly. I blame these sick fucks pushing this bullshit.
These people just have a fucking mental problem and should be being treated in facilities. But we can't say that without being labeled "bigots" and the like. Lives are ending in huge numbers all for the sake of "progress". Disgusting, sick and delusional fucks.

After they remove the meat from your dick and turn it back inside you, they have to make your new "vagina" self lubricating... So they cut a little slit at the top and attach it to your colon, and this allows some of your ass juice to run down the inside and "lubricate" you.
Of course people's bodies are never exactly the same, so some have tons of ass juice running into their disgusting pseudo vagina, and some only a little. But they all walk around all day smelling like shit from their unhealed crotch wound.
It's no fucking wonder the suicide rate is so high.

The procedure you're referring to is called colovaginoplasty. A section of the colon is cut out of the patient to be used as a makeshift vagina. The remaining sections of colon are sewed together to function as a normal ass. The makeshift vagina isn't attached to the colon. There is no "ass-juice" that runs into the makeshift vagina.
This surgical procedure is not usually recommended due to high rates of complication. However, it is not only used in transsexuals, but also in women who have congenital defects in their reproductive organs, and young girls with similar issues.

It's dangerous to take a child and change their gender just because they go through a phase where they like dolls or action figures. It's part of the liberal mindset though... focus on short term gratification and how they feel right now, rather than focusing on the consequences of what they are doing 5, 10 years down the road.
Gender reassignment, just like smoking pot or drinking alcohol, should be for ages 21 and older only. Some would argue 18... but politicians aren't going to be doing that. If you wanna drink under 21, just don't get caught.

In actuality I would put the age at 18 personally being a libertarian, but that's never going to happen... if anything everything will go up to 21 (but they'll still charge you as an adult when you're 14)

Dude, this is not cool. And it's not acceptable in MGTOW. Transgender people have spent weeks, months, years trying to figure out who they are and, generally, they are right when they finally conclude that they were born the wrong sex. Then they decide to tell the world, which is a brave decision in of itself. And then they have to deal with people second guessing them and calling their choice as bullshit and ridiculing them. And then they get treated like shit for being "weird".
Going you own way is about letting and let live. That includes people who are struggling with their identity. You can be a proud hetero male out under the thumb of female bullshit and still respect people dealing with trans issues. It's not part of this movement.
