Honestly not too sure what to think. It was a pretty basic admin job in a medical setting and they felt I was not a good fit. They hired me knowing I didn't have experience in a medical setting, but I've held different jobs with similar responsibilities. It wasn't exactly a surprise because I didn't feel like I fit in with them, but it was still disappointing.

I worked closely with the doctor's wife. She honestly was not terrible to work with. She was very particular in how things needed to be done, and no matter what she would find something to critique. I can take criticism, and I listened and tried to make the changes. It wasn't good enough. It has only been about 6 weeks since I started, and we only worked three days a week. I am not entirely too sure how I was supposed to learn their business top to bottom in that amount of time.

She flat out told me, "I need someone here who knows what they are doing because I don't know what I am doing." She's been running his business for the last year and claims to not know what is going on?

I feel like I gave it my all and that is all that matters to me. Now, I am not sure what to do anymore. Everything I try ends up being a giant fucking failure, and it's getting harder and harder to pick myself up each time.

What do you guys do for work? I am not looking for you guys to make me feel better, just wondering what you all do.
