I don't know why people think this. I am as MGTOW as they come and I love Soylent. It saves me the trouble of having to deal with eating with other people, the most blue pilled activity on the whole planet. Whether it's at home, at work, or anywhere, I don't have to listen to their stupid bluepilled bullshit for 45 minutes every day.

nah, I like my whole plant foods packed with fiber.

Also contrary to popular belief males can eat edamame (immature soybeans) and not develop breasts or low T and also gain muscle. It's the most complete plant protein source.

Not sure about soymilk though. Unadulterated and unprocessed foods will always be better.

Ok so I am doing the intermittent fasting/low carb thing and I don't really understand why you'd want a meal replacement. Get your body adapated to using it's own fat for fuel and you don't need it. I eat usually in a 4-6 hours interval a day, once or twice. Probly just takes me like 40 minutes overall (20 mins now, 20 mins after some time) and can do other stuff while eating some seeds and nuts.

Just don't really get all this fad about meal replacement. It's only hurting you in the long run imo. Plenty of hormones and processes like autophagy are present when insulin and protein is low, can't happen if you eat all day.
