When this happened in Australia in 2006 (P.M. John Howard introduced assumption of joint parental responsibility as the default), the new law was mocked by the Judge, who gave a short speech to assembled Barristers during a divorce list. I was there to witness the contempt the Judge gave the Law.

Is the "eradication of traditional femininity" an official policy of the Mexican government and/or mentioned in the Mexican Constitution? Why is the Mexican Supreme Court interested in achieving such a goal?

I'm not Mexican, but these are questions that Mexicans should be asking.
