Didn't have anything for dinner... decided to whip up some stir fry. Also made enough for lunch tomorrow.

Ingredients •1 Large pork chop •2 Cups rice •1 cup red/green pepper and onion mix •2 scrambled eggs •2 tablespoons (do it to taste, I don't like super salty) soy sauce

I believe every man should be able to cook a minimum of 10 dishes. Even more is better as most people miss out on the great amount of food we have and instead eat processed garbage. Its so easy to find new recipes online that its a real shame more people dont cook for themselves anymore. I believe the number one reason obesity is so high in the USA is that people cant cook for themselves.

One of the things I found improved my stir fries/fried rice actually came from the grandfather of an Italian friend of mine. Basically, he would add a generous helping of oil to the pan and put it on low heat, then add black pepper, salt (chicken powder if you prefer more flavour), crushed garlic and onion to the oil. This would give him around 30 minutes to prepare everything else before the garlic turned a light brown and would infuse the oil with all the flavours of the ingredients.

He used it originally for spaghetti Aglio Olio, and applied it to Chinese cooking once he got interested in it. I've adopted it into my cooking since and haven't gone back to any of the store bought flavoured oils. Give it a shot, OP!
