I grew up right around that Tila Tequila show about the bisexual porn star looking for "love". Guess what, immediately 25% of the school came out as gay, lesbian or bi. I knew several people who came out after that show, several years later and nearly all of them are married to someone of the opposite sex. Yet, when they first came out, they all swore that they were "born that way".

And this is why you homeschool. If teenagers are this lacking in self awareness and are this easy to manipulate then you are literally better off letting them grow up feral in the woods. I compared my experiences in public school to several people i know who were homeschooled and even the kids with wierdo fundy christian parents who taught them that jesus rode dinosaurs ended up more well adjusted and functional people than me and most of the people in my school.
even the crazy "evolution is the devil" christians are better for raising your kids than public school. At least the Christians wont pump them full of hormones and cut their dicks off.
My parents were atheists who thought it was edgy and cool to turn on their catholic roots and they ended up being irredeemable pieces of shit who never should have been allowed to have and raise children.
Both the cultural right and left have their problems but my god the left is so much fucking worse and always has been. I'll take Mike "electrocute the gay away" Pence over those scumbags any day of the week.

I was raised by a single mother.
Actually, most of my family have spent most of their lives going from one retarded decision to the next. They've mostly balanced out and fixed the worst of the damage over the last 5 years, but I think I'm supposed to be the golden child or something just because I used my brain where appropriate lol.
Although my mum has always been very hardworking and sensible (other than picking my father, apparently), so she wasn't a bad role model. I'm still practically useless at any of the traditional "man skills" like DIY though lol. Degree in Physics; can't assemble an IKEA bed frame. Guess the practical skills are the stuff your dad's supposed to teach you.

I'm with you man. I was vulnerable in high school. I was stuck between thinking I was an idiot for being in lower level classes and acting stupid because I thought I was cool. Totally destroyed my grades and college chances. Puberty took a toll on my face and self-confidence. Didn't know who I was. I could have easily fallen victim to the "gender inequality" bullshit, "lgbt-blah-blah bullshit", "gun control" bullshit. All of these social movements are based on bullshit.

I'm pretty sure Gender Dysphoria is no longer classified as a mental illness as of at least 2017, maybe earlier. I think it's now a "personality disorder," which is distinctically different from mental illness.
