I always remember something I heard on a Tom Leykis show years ago:

He laid out a scenario for one of the usual dim witted female callers who was arguing this exact point about her male friends. "They are just friends...blah blah blah".

What he basically said was "If you were both drunk and you propositioned your male friend for sex, would he say no on the principle of the relationship?" <- Checkmate.

I don't even think alcohol needs to be involved, that actually adds a bit of that delicious probable deniability that women love so much. "Well it just happened, I was drunk!"

I actually dealt with this early on in my relationship. I shut that shit down quick. Some see me as controlling, I have certain boundaries I expect to not be crossed. I wouldn't expect someone else to do what I wouldn't want to do. I guess I'm kinda part of the "in a relationship mgtow" group lol
