This is one of the few pockets of the internet where men can be men, and where we all treat each other with respect.

Even when we disagree, all I see is civility and civil discussions. Of course, there might be an exception here and there, but all-in-all, it holds true.

Now, compare it to a sub like “TRP,” or as I like to call it “The Blue Pill Painted Red,” where it’s just a bunch of morons who just can’t wait to spew some childish/vitriolic hateful “dude bruh” bullshit, and tear his fellow man down.

Believe me, this sub is a breathe of fresh air.

MGTOW can give a man hope where there was none before. When a man realizes he is not crazy for thinking that women are more trouble than they are worth, that in fact it is dangerous to associate with them if you are a man it gives one hope when you realize you can do whatever you want and not involve women in it, that you can indeed live life for yourself. When I was married (over a year ago now!) I had little hope for my future life, I didn't think I would ever get anything out of life I actually wanted, I felt I would never pay off all my debt cause the ex would spend money on new crap before paying off the old crap.

I looked into MGTOW more carefully and realized I could just leave and live life for myself, that should not be a big revelation but it was because I used to have the mindset that you had to marry for life, I thought I was stuck. But at some point you realize that if you want your life to improve there is only one person who is gonna do it and that is you.

MGTOW helped me pull myself out of a shit life and make a new life that is much better. I love living alone (besides the only loyal companion I have ever had, a dog) and I feel like I have control over my own life for the first time in many, many years. Thanks MGTOW!

It took me waaaaaay too many years to get my degree (kept changing majors.) Then another year of testing and another year of job hunting before I finally got my foot in the door someplace. Since then, they've brought me on fully and I'm kicking butt.
