You guys are actually as bad as feminists are now. I'm not even saying "male privilege" exists, but linking a bunch of hand-selected statistics doesn't prove or disprove the existence of a privilege.

It's like a feminist showing up and dropping a bunch of arbitrary statistics without context as evidence women are "oppressed" or something. I also enjoy how, for example, when a feminist does that, people such as yourselves are quick to point out most of those disparities exist due to personal choice, but personal choice is seemingly removed from the equation in many of these examples.

93% of prison inmates are men because men are far more likely to break the law or be involved in violent crime.
98% of military casualties (in modern times, at least) are men because men are far more likely to join the military.
You could even be nit picky about the murder victim line, because most murders in the US aren't arbitrary acts of violence, but intra-community conflicts, gang violence, mutual conflict.
Workplace fatalities are because men choose to work dangerous jobs. It goes both ways, if you're going to claim the only reason a wage gap exists is due to personal choice, you must also agree the only reason a disparity in workplace fatalities exist is a personal choice.

And again, before the victimhood warriors come at me, this is not me making the argument "men are privileged" or "underprivileged" or whatever else, it's simply pointing out the inconsistencies in your arguments and the fallacious nature of them as a whole.

There are privileges to being born a man, and there are privileges to being born a woman. We are different. Equal, but different, and that results in different advantages and disadvantages within our cultures. I think the trouble is, when people try to equate equality with sameness.

While I can foresee the contention to be that the disadvantage of males has been overlooked, I don't doubt it, however, that does not mean that the gender has not had its perks as well.

But like I said, there is give and take with all.

It kinda reminds me of when someone tries to one up someone else all the time. Like if someone is sick they talk about that one time they couldn't get out of bed.

How unfair our culture has been to men does not make the injustices towards women any less. It's not a contest.
