The pay gap is a myth. So many variables at play it's ridiculous. Most women just want to believe it's because she's a woman... it's a combination of time with company (girl just hired not making as much as the guy who has been there 10 years), attitude, work ethic, skills which increase worth to company (person 1 able to do multiple jobs at company vs. someone who is only able to do one specific job...) it's not just because of gender. But women don't want to see this.
