It’s been a decade. I’m 34.

Mom divorce raped my dad when I was 4 in 1990. Emptied his bank accounts, personal and business. He had built a large trucking business in the SF Bay Area, doing well. Before that, my dad and uncle had a joint operation as Wong’s Brothers Moving Company.

But each side’s woman whispered Fiago styled comments about how the other brother was not working hard enough and the money was being split unevenly. This rift destroyed the bond between two brothers forever. Sad. It was mainly my dad who got manipulated into breaking out his own operation. If this didn’t happen, this might have saved my childhood in a big way.

But yea, as I got older and learned what really happened in this era and got a partial list of men she cheated on my father with, I just had it with the lies and deceit. I wanted to know everything. She declined. Fine.

When I was 5-7 years old, somehow my dad got custody, there was some shady deal made where he blackmailed her if he couldn’t get custody of me. He let my younger sister go with my mom. I have an idea of what this material was, but I’m not positive. My mom’s sister had an illegal fake marriage to get into the US from China. My dad has the receipts cause the guy was his youngest employee who my mom cheated on with as well and actually kept him around as a surrogate boyfriend and dad to my young sister. My mom later kicked him out unceremoniously when my sister was 17.

So yea, mom is a succubi and prodigious wealth accumulator if you’ve read Millionaire Next Door. Usually thieves aren’t so diligent and frugal, but my mom snowballed those large sums into a small real estate empire. She has multiple Porsche’s to match her outfits.

I couldn’t care less. She can have all the money in the world, but she doesn’t have self-respect and she doesn’t have the love of her children. Her cats will eat her face in due time.

And I’ll never break bread, share a word or let her see her future grandchildren.

She wanted to die on this hill of secrecy.
