Women can only sustain 4 years in a relationship (if that)
[–]RealBiggly22 points23 points24 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
That should be required reading and stickied.

More proof to never ever let a woman have power over you. The only thing keeping a relationship balanced is you holding the power over her head. Anything less is tipping the scales completely in her favor. This requires the willingness to end the relationship even if it means cutting losses. Keep those potential losses reduced to a minimum at all times in a relationship even when it is thriving.

Good read, thanks for sharing!

Genetically disposed to trying to rule over you.
Makes total sense now lol
I'll just keep being single. It's really such a better life to be free and not have anyone control your destiny.

i wouldn't say that's the limit. look in the past, there are people who have been in relationships for decades.

A lot of MGTOW confuse natural instincts with pre-programmed determinism. We're all programmed with instincts, men to be more dominant, aggressive, often violent. However, we can choose to act differently, opposed to these instincts. If there's a logical reason to do so.
Women can do this too, though I'd wager at much more rarity.

i think men and women have a lot of differences, physically and mentally, but i believe there are people of al kinds. shitty men, shitty women, good men, good women.

Generally, people will behave as much as they are allowed.
If men could legally and have the capability of having harems, what man would be married? Not many.
If a woman has access to many men without consequence you think she will be loyal? Doubt it.
Accountability is the key here.

Again, exceptions are not the norm. You're stating that just because 1 couple have been together for decades (and probably they grew up in a different era) that that situation is the norm.
You're wrong, plain and simple - purely because statistics show 90% of marriages fail (today) in the first 10 years.
Of those marriages that survive past 10 years, 90% of those end in divorce (80% initiated by women, 10% initiated by men but as a direct result of the wife's influence (such as mine) and only 10% initiated by the husband). Those numbers show 4/5 of ALL marriages will end in divorce. Again, just because you know someone who is still married isn't negating the results of this study nor the truth of most relationships stick around until the kids leave or the divorce numbers.

So the people who are happy with multiple kids in a standing relationship past four years are just faking it?
[–]no_one_lies0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Why are you here if you are satisfied with your current circumstances?
[–]Dadisfaction0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I was asking a question?
[–]MrMagtow0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Children add a new dimension to it, due to the rewiring of male and female brains through hormones where children are involved. Once the child reaches speaking and self-feeding age, the needing of the mother is reduced, and her biological necessity is complete. The truth in the document reasserts itself again.
There are always exceptions, but this research had 800 women as subjects. The results of her PhD thesis are drawn from that, which turned into a book.

Not really true. Only about a quarter of first marriages between educated white men and women in the US ever end in divorce.
The fact of the matter is, most people get to have happy life-long marriages and the people here on MGTOW are the exception, which is why it will never go mainstream. The ideas here function as a means of rationalizing the fact that we get only one life and some people get to live it happily with their spouse while others do not.

happy marriage
Source? Because as far as I can see, staying married is far from being something that guarantees happiness.
[–]MgtowAutumn0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Stop projecting your wants and desires onto other people. You have no idea why anyone does anything besides yourself, and you probably don’t even know why YOU do some of the things you do. If you think that most people are in long, happy marriages I have some magic beans to sell you.
I have tried everything society has told me would make me happy. College, good stable career, nice location, long term girlfriends who would have married me the second I asked. None of that has made my happy by itself but I’ve found happiness in my life through different avenues. There is absolutely nothing about a marriage with a woman that appeals to me, yet you’re such a simp that you assume anyone who doesn’t pine for their soul mate must be some miserable incel. I plan on abandoning western society once I’ve pocketed a decent amount of money and living simply somewhere like Mexico or Chiang Mai. White picket family has zero appeal
This is a male point of view and disregards the truth of the study.

If that is an actual sign, I have to wonder who payed for it to be put up and who pays for it to stay on.

With that bright neon I would think it would be difficult to see all those stars in the sky and we’d see a lot more pink light on the ground. Either way I like the concept

Yup yup yup. One step at a time.
Still don't like how I look in the mirror, yet others tell me that I'm good looking. Due to years of being obese (currently overweight aiming to get into a healthy weight range), the outlook I have on myself is that of disappointment. Granted that my jawline and height have developed nicely, its still hard to actually love myself when all I see in the mirror is a fat ass dude.
That's why I've decided to be more critical with becoming more healthy and practicing to develop a better mindset when it comes down to loving myself.
The lack of loving myself was easy when being bullied on the daily about my looks and weight.
Too bad I didn't have the confidence back then to prove them wrong, but the past is the past.
Edit: Typo

If you read "The Manipulated Man" by Esther Vilar, you would see that appearance is not relevant when trying to attract women, the only thing they see is the money we produce by working. That is why you may have seen ugly guys with girls who are much better looking than they are, because they are useful enough to her. Also, the whole idea that Chads can steal your girlfriend is complete bullshit, because, why would she settle for a guy with less to offer her than the one she is with? Of course because of hypergamy, she may trade up but only if she is attractive enough to do so.
Your mistake is thinking that women view us in the same way that we view them, they are only attracted to how useful we are to them, if a man is very intelligent and struggling to succeed in his college studies and she knows that if she helps him, her future husband will be making six figures, then she will help him, because it can give her more out of life.
Esther Vilar also explains in her book that although some men are unattractive on the outside, they can be very intelligent on the inside, the ability to think about the things we experience and adding some of our own to it is what makes our brain completely different from women's because they dont have that capacity, that is why men are much more innovative and creative than women.
Stop focusing so much on the external, of course being healthy is important for a good quality of life but instead of focusing on looking really good, focus on ways to improve your income by majoring in tough subjects that would give you access to very high paying jobs. Even if your intent was not to attract women, your life would still improve a lot and you would be more free.
Focusing on building muscle gives you nothing else than muscle, just look at all these big muscular guys in the gym, most of them are very poor and not very intelligent, wouldnt you rather be working in a difficult field that makes you use your intelligence to create incredible things and make new discoveries? The biggest regret I have is that for the past 4 years, I focused too much on the physical and let my intelligence squander instead of going to college in engineering and working hard, now I have a lot of catching up to do, according to my calculations, I should be able to finish college at 29 or 30 years old because I wasted 4 years of my time, at least I found mgtow during that time so it wasnt a complete waste.
