Shared with my ex-wife during our marriage how I've had past bouts of depression, and how it got me into some trouble in high school as I lashed out at people.

When we were getting divorced (because she was cheating), I got the old fake domestic abuse charges. Then in criminal court she was bringing up how I was mentally unstable, depressed, and my high school incident. I didnt even remember that I told her of my high school troubles. Bitches will use everything against you.

I concur. I made the mistake with past girlfriends to share my suffering at the moment. I was a blue pilled idiot thinking women actually gave a shit about me. The truth is women don't. It's a power play. When a woman talks about wanting her man to share, she's manipulating him so she can further control him.
The biggest lie that all women will say they want their man to share so they can feel connected. The moment a man does share, no matter how minute the issue, the woman loses attraction for him. Cunts will always be cunts. Stay single.

Men don't suffer in silence. They have become smart enough to only vent to their male friends or their mothers and fathers. A girlfriend/wife is'nt there to make you feel better or balance you out, sadly. They are there to extract resources from you and use YOU as a way to feel better or balance them out. YOU cannot vent to her, but she must unload verbal diarrhea on you (and you must listen and pay attention because there might be a quiz later).

Any fuckup goes in the "hamster bank". Enough deposits in this bank and off she goes to cheat/branch swing on you.

A man deals with bullshit at work, goes home and deals with bullshit from his wife (as well as letting her happily vent about any bullshit she deals with), bottles it up, and unloads whenever he's "allowed" to go out with the boys.

Its important to teach young men "what you say, CAN and WILL be used against you" if you feel the need to confess a weakness or controversial opinion, tell it to a therapist or lawyer. Do not tell your wife. As secret as it may be, she will tell her girlfriends, who also spread it around but quietly, because its a secret.

Boys are simple but can be naive. Girls, while able to be complexly compassionate and caring, can also be quite vicious and vindictive. They will remember every transgression which makes long term relationships from a young immature age difficult for men unless they adapt to a blue-pill safety mechanism. Then they fight to stay in the Matrix.

My mother is like this, she's a councillor, and very empathic, she can come across like she has a good ear and wants to help you with your issues, once you've divulged said problems, she throws them in your face during an argument, she an expert at verbally slicing you to bits with your most intimate secrets.

Do we suffer in silence, though? I find stoicism & solace aren't mutually exclusive. Maybe men find histrionics, or whining, or mewing about problems generally exasperates the situation? Experience has taught me that moaning on and on about an issue, rather than approaching it like a problem that requires logic and problem solving is useless.
