Every single poll ever can and will have some form of bias unless you ask every single person that you are trying to poll in which case it becomes an actual vote, defeating the entire purpose of the poll. Polls can be good indicators if done correctly, but its way too easy to skew the statistics to favor the poller's opinions and hide what you did in the footnotes. Since practically no one reads the fine print and most people just care about the numbers, that's how you get good headlines with poll numbers that fit what your viewers want to hear and fuel things like witch hunts to find cheating that never existed. Ask anyone who actually bothered to look into the demographics and credibility of the polls in 2016 and you'll have a very hard time finding one of them who was surprised at the outcome of the election.

I hope at some point you may be able to understand why a victim of sexual assault may not go to the authorities immediately.
I assume you are a man like myself and probably never have been sexually assaulted also like myself. It's pretty hard for us to understand why someone wouldn't report. If I was assaulted I'd report immediately. I imagine you are in the same camp.
I'd like for you to read the portion of Dr Ford's testimony about why she waited so long to finally come out. I think it does a decent job of describing why you may not come out for years.
I don't expect this to change your viewpoint in regards to criminal cases. I agree with you that it is very very tough to prove sexual assault beyond a reasonable doubt especially when it occurred decades ago. I am not advocating for Kavanaugh's arrest.
What I am advocating for is you to attempt to understand why it takes some people decades to come out. This is a deeply traumatic experience in someone's life and it's not easy to open up about it.
I get it if you think this is a partisan hit job. Also I understand as a conservative (assuming because of the sub) that it must be deeply frustrating that your candidates keep getting torpedoed by sexual assault allegations (Al Franken though). Just please try to understand Dr Ford. This is not a black and white situation at all.

Her story's changing at every single retelling. The other people she claimed were witnesses all denied her claims. Every person who knew Kavanaugh at the time denied her claims. She refused to follow proper procedure to have her story cross-examined by the defendant. His accusor is known to be a rabid feminist, SJW, pussy-hat wearing, anti-Trump liberal who will most likely fight against everything Trump's camp does, regardless of whether or not it's beneficial to the American public purely out of spite, just to see him fail.

Apparently Ford also has an axe to grind from way back against Kavenaugh's mother who is also a Judge and presided over a foreclosure case against her parents about two decades ago. That may have been a motive as well.

They figured that since a bunch of decades old allegations of sexual misconduct derailed Roy Moore's Senate campaign they would use the same tactics against Kavenaugh. This is apparently the new Democratic party MO. If they can't defeat someone at the ballot box find some bimbo or a whole bunch of bimbos to scream RAPE! They probably figured Kavenaugh would withdraw his nomination and roll over and play dead. Fortunately he didn't, he fought back and called them out! In my opinion Ford should be charged with perjury.
Ford is clearly lying about the alleged assault, Ford can't even remember when this alleged assault happened, where it happened, or how she got to the party. Everyone she said could corroborate her story says it never happened including her own best friend who said she doesn't even know Brett Kavenaugh and was never at a party with him. That is because it never fucking happened!

I didn't say I believed them. There is definitely a consistent behavior pattern of Kavanaugh that has been corroborated by several people now, and I think it's worth spending a few days to look into it before we unknowingly confirm a rapist to the supreme Court.
Let the FBI worry about how to confirm or acquit. They are the best at it and they've been doing it for decades. If there's no evidence, then he has nothing to worry about, right?
Also this is far more than someone on the street saying this. These women have submitted affadavits and testimony to the courts. Serious stuff since any lies would make them guilty of perjury.

So I didn't see anywhere it specifically says "conservative radio" but it seems like more than half of the day's programming (and almost 100% of the daytime hours programming) is given by conservative programs and none of the other programming seem to be liberal leaning. I haven't listened to any of it but based on their associations and presentation, it seems pretty conservative.

You clearly don't see what I'm talking about. I'm talking about what proportion of people responding is what kind of person. I don't give a damn whether Kavanaugh is guilty or not, I care about the damn statistics.
Also I've done a check on where this came from. It's from the Orlando area so its reach should be the Orlando area and its immediate surroundings. Looking at that, the city of Orlando is in Florida's Orange county. Orange county is blue however the majority of the counties surrounding it are red. However in order to find out who is more involved in the political process in that area, we need to find the total population in all of these counties.
Orange county (county where Orlando is) went to Hillary with 329, 894 against Trump's 195,216. Johnson got 14,483 but I don't really give two shits about him.
Osceola county to the South also went to Hillary with 85,458 against Trump's 50,301 votes.
Brevard county directly to the east went to Trump with 181,848 against Hillary's 119,679.
Seminole county directly to the north,went to Trump with 109,443 to Hillary's 105,914.
Lake county in the west was Trump's at 102,188 to Hillary's 62,838.
Polk county, to the Southwest of Orlando went to Trump having 157,430 votes to Hillary having 117,433.
That's the immediate area, and the rest of the counties that are pretty close by were Republican as well, except for Hillsborough and Alachua.
At the end of the day, this means that the immediate area has what we can presume to be 821,216 people who would lean towards the Democratic side and 796,426 that would lean to the Republican side. I can't be bothered to really make any more research on it, mostly cause mobile and this is a pain, but it looks like it's for the most part even in the amount of people who would reasonably get information from this radio station due to proximity. Therefore we can assume that a majority of the surrounding population really desires proof before someone being found guilty of whatever crime Kavanaugh is being found guilty of (At a job interview funnily enough). Either that or people just want to believe in Kavanaugh as opposed to what's her face. Can't really make any more informed decisions without going and punching each person (who listens/voted in this poll for the radio station) in the face, and asking them what they really believe in.

Yes but it's an ABC station serving a specific area. The majority of the people who are going to be observing this station/its facebook are those who are from the immediate area/are serviced by the radio station. The rest will be those who are going around looking for shit to stir up and polls to throw in other people's faces. Using assumptions of who took the poll, then getting mad when I pointed out how easy it was for that to be incorrect. No such thing as unbiased in politics to begin with, yet another assumption I pointed out. No reason to get pissed, you just don't like to be challenged. Suck it up, you will be.
I gave the reasons why the poll wasn't going to be 100% accurate, and then I said this the best I could do with this information.
