Oh, don't know man... I got mine since almost 10 yrs ago, and sometimes still have some mixed feelings of anger and beliefs in a same time. I think it depends, on who you are at least. Me is a pianist, musician. Shit is too difficult for me sometimes, but this community is a great help. Everytime I think I'm done - just reading stuff on here helps me to understand at least two things:

1) I'm not alone.

2) Shit is not worth for me to think about, no matter if it anger or beliefs.

I better get to the piano, close my eyes, and do the best I can. Only for me.

So best way to not think about shitty things - is actually not thinking about these.

I took the redpill over 4 years ago and the rage was constant, never ending. For 2 years the rage occupied my every waking moment. It's a lot less now but it's changed. For the first 2 years I was angry at all women, I pay very little attention to them now.

Now it's the enablers that bother me, both female and male feminists, Tradcons, Tradthots and Chameleons. I'm more aware of gynocentric men as problematic and I don't take women seriously any more.

I think it relates to how long you were on the plantation and how bluepilled you were.

I think it takes men 20% of the time they were in a failed relationship to recover.

There will be some kind of ratio calculation on redpill rage. There will be a similar calculation

Testosterone (%bluepill x years) = ? years rage

I guess I'm still angry sometimes, but it gets better.

The red pill rage is something like hatred towards self. You are pissed because you realised that you have been lied to or you were stupid enough to fall for lies from the media.

So basically its more of an internal issue than an external. You need to accept that fact and just move on
