If "Yes means yes" is such a good idea, why doesn't it apply to married women?

A lot of innocent men are going to jail. In the past, rape was forced sex. There was evidence. Bruises, scratches, a rape kit. Now consensual sex is rape. A woman can say, "Yes we had sex, but I did not agree to it. I meant to say no but I froze."

Now imagine your walking down the street and the cops put the handcuffs on you. You ask what is the charge. The cop says, "You had sex with that woman but she did not agree to it." Now the burden of proof is on the guy. He has to prove that he did not do something. What if on the night in question you were at home alone watching the hockey game. No eye witnesses that can confirm that you were at home. It's your word against hers. But feminist argue that women never lie about rape. So no innocent men will go to jail.

Food for thought. After Fidel Castro came to power, he had death squads. All you needed was a phone call to the local police and declare someone a "counter revolutionary" and that guy was summarily executed without trail. Guess what the women did. Guys who broke up with their girlfriends, guys who asked for a divorce, guys cheated on their wives were put to death. Because women had no problem calling the authorities accusing the men in their lives of being anti communist.

I see a lot of potential for profit here. Asking for consent is so passe...kills the mood and everything. Someone needs to start selling what I will call a "rape card", carried in the wallet and shaped like a credit card. It will have a distinct appearance and become the new standard for consent. A guy subtly takes out his rape card and passes it to the woman he is about to boink. She holds it, takes a deep breath and states "yes" in a clear and loud voice and passes it back to him. Also, she must state all the sexual actions that are acceptable to her.

When I first read of these Afirmative Consent type laws I jokingly imagined guys walking round night clubs with cameras on their chests to record all interaction with women and to record her consent to sex. I scoffed at the ideas as being ridiculous but if this trend continues, I can see it happening.

I think where these laws are eventually meant to take us is the realization that, as some feminists claim, all PIV sex is rape.

Here's the thing. I recently made a "friend", I invited her over to my place and we got smashed. We eventually retired to my bed, did everything else except for intercourse.

She explicitly said in her drunken state, trust me I was also totally wasted "I will not fuck you". However everything we did up until that point was consensual.

Now, in this situation I respected her, and by some miracle had the sense even though I was totally drunk to leave it and go off to sleep, but imagine if I had tried to get her a bit turned on.

She might have agreed, then later claimed rape under duress. Now I'm not devaluing true rape, but I can see how a lot of these date rape claims begin.

Basically what I'm saying is, unless you're totally willing to go all the way, don't let a guy eat you out, finger you, etc, and then come with "No we can't fuck", especially not when you've been drinking all night.

But I can really imagine some women / girls do this exact thing, then wake up the next morning with a OMG I got fucked and I didn't want it.

So what happens if both parties are drunk out of their minds and unable to reasonably be expected to consent or seek consent and shit just happens? These rules/laws/guidelines are too obviously one-sided to the benefit of women and detriment of men in any/all situations...women get a free pass and a loaded gun, and men get fucked over with 0 protection from the law....its sad and scary all at once that shit like this has passed into law.

How is this even practical? How does a man "prove" that she gave him consent? Obviously, he couldn't even ask her to sign a consent form, since she could always say that she signed under duress. The only option available might be to video tape sex.
